MAINTENANCE
Specialists in repairs, we do renovation and maintenance.
On construction sites, pumps are delivered on operating state, with standard equipments (20 meters of electric cable with a circuit breaker).
The maintenance is chargeable to the tenant.

Fixed prices are Duty-free 20,6 %
Prices are calculated by calendar day for a minimum 7 days fixed duration.
Decreasing rates beyond 7 days: consult Us.

PAYMENT OF GUARANTEE
For any new rental agreements, a payment of guarantee representing 20 % of the new material value will be wanted.
